This book is awesome!

Bikram

I have been taking lots of Bikram yoga classes. My aunt and uncle own Salt Lake City Bikram. I have always really liked taking yoga classes so I thought I would try Bikram. The difference with this class is it is done in a room that is heated to 105 degrees. It is awesome!!!

Each class is 90 minutes long. The class goes through 26 poses.

Does anyone want to take a class with me?

Some one (unknown) told the director of my school

that I blog inappropriately about my school and my class.

In case you were wondering...

I don't.

That is not true.

Good thing I cleared it up with my director.
