School

I start school tomorrow. I am taking classes at the BYU Salt Lake Campus. 

Sigma

I rushed this week for an LDS sorority up at the U. I was placed in my chapter and I am a Sigma sister! Woo hoo.

My new job {The Butterflies}

     I got a new job working at The Children's Academy Preschool. I am a teacher in the Butterfly classroom for ages newborn- 6 months. This is a picture of my classroom. There are 4 teachers that are over the Butterfly class (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon- I am in the afternoon). There are 7 babies in my class. I am in charge of 3 and the other girl is in charge of 4. I have full responsibility over these babies- I feed them, change them, play with them, and love them. It is such a fun job. 

     When I was working today I was thinking how a parent could have a child and then hand them off to a Preschool to watch them all day. I understand if the child is 2 or so but these babies are NEWBORNS!!! I'm talking they can't even open their eyes yet. Oh well. I am glad that I get the chance to be with these babies in their early days of life. 

Especially for Counselors 2009 {Disneyland}

EFY has officially ended. 75 counselors went to Disneyland the past week. It was so much fun. I was never really a fan of Disneyland. I have gone with my family and it has been fun but just eh... I was totally converted this week. I love Disneyland. I am obsessed with it. My favorite rides are Space Mountain {I rode it 7 times} and Tower of Terror!!!

I love Stefi Faust. I have known her since 7th grade.

Here is the story with this little girl {Chloe}: I was sitting at the Electric Parade and all the sudden the girl in front of me came and sat on my lap. She is 6 years old and adorable. We spent the whole parade talking and hanging out. She is from California and her grandma lives in Layton, Utah. Her family is LDS. Do you think it is creepy how much me and her look alike? I do.

I leave for Disneyland on Sunday! I am sooo sooo excited! I am going with 60 other EFY counselors.

Jane Banks

My best friend Jane is getting married. Ahh I am so excited. She asked me to do her hair for her wedding. Im a little stressed and nervous but really excited. Jane wants it back in a bun type style.  I tried something on McCall. Thoughts?

Cottonwood Heights

I took Austin to Cottonwood Heights to go swimming last week. I ran into 3 of my EFY girls. We had so much fun jumping off the platforms and such. Right as I was leaving 4 of my EFY boys showed up. We were so surprised and I was so joyous.

I am all done with EFY. I had the best summer. I am so sad that it is over. Thanks to all my wonderful groups. I wouldn't have had as much fun if my groups weren't so great. I honestly didn't get a bad group. I am looking forward to next year. All the counselors are going to Disneyland together at the end of the summer. Woo hoo.
